JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Political Science, Legal Management, Law, etc.
- Meticulous at work and very keen to details
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast learner, intuitive and proficient at multi-tasking
- Proficient in computers (MS Office applications)
- Keen interest in providing accurate and insightful administrative support to the Management Team
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Exposure in legal documents preparation and procedure, an advantage
- Effective in oral & written communication skills
- Knowledge of all applicable Philippine laws, rules and regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in drafting contracts, documents, and letters from existing acquisitions and transactions using proper templates
- Assist in drafting and implementing inter corporate policies and guidelines
- Preparation of the right legal documents to be utilized specifically by different departments, persons, and/or company as a whole
- Assist with patient complaints in the level of involvement of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
- Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
- Assist in managing documentation of corporate licenses, documents, and correspondence in strict confidence with the Corporate Secretary
- Assist the HRAD Manager/Legal Officers in completing compliance requirements and manage liaisons with government agencies
- Provide general administrative assistance, such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls, recording and filing documents
- Help in implementing and improving administrative processes for more efficient workflow
- Assist in audit and other related matters as Japan audit may require
- Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
