Complaint handling: Addressing customer complaints or dissatisfaction, investigating the issue, and finding suitable solutions to resolve their concerns.

Data entry and documentation: Accurately recording and updating customer information, inquiries, and other relevant details in the call center's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers based on their needs or interests.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
