Job Description:
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Assisting Branch Coordinator in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Providing suggestions and possible courses of action in different sales opportunities, to reach sales targets
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Providing assistance to the coordinator with relations to suppliers and branch necessities for branch improvement
- Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing warehousing operations
- Perform tasks given by the Manager
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management or other related courses
- With any proven work experience in any related field
- With a valid Driver’s License is an advantage
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Application
- With experience in handling customer inquiries
- Preferably with useful background in Heavy Equipment Industry
- Give daily updates to Branch Coordinator for all Branch in and out Transactions
- Keen to details when it comes to reporting, able to multitask, and a team player with pleasing personality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,500.00 per month
