We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help our client with his/her business. This opportunity is for skilled, experienced lead gen/sales people who have worked online and can build rapport with a sound understanding of the sales process. Most of the task will be prospecting, generating, and processing leads as well as scheduling phone/Zoom call appointments.
Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing influx of incoming and sending out DMs
- Responsible for checking typeform and email lists.
- Reach out to followers and customers via social media channels, email and phone calls.
- Check in with clients through Trainerize
- Deal with any refunds, payment or fund concerns through Trainerize.
- Find leads through social media like Instagram and Tiktok
- Appointment setting with clients
- Always take initiative, be part of the team and embody the company's brand.
- Nurture relationship with new and existing clients on social media
- Handle inbound lead generation by answering inquiries of prospects via direct messages, emails or chat
- Handle other administrative tasks like booking of appointments and does report for leads reached out through google sheet
- Email management
- Calendar management
- Contact/Lead management
- Manage the client/prospect onboarding
- Send reports or updates to client/s
- Creative and can create contents with Canva
- Responsible for troubleshooting with the client’s social media accounts, software, communication and management tools.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Manage the client’s schedule through various scheduling apps and sync to his phones and laptops
Job Requirements
- Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment

- Previous background in fitness training is necessary
- Experience in designing workout programs for clients
- Experience in movement assessment
- Must have an in depth knowledge of Trainerize
