Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Coordinating the screening, interviewing of candidates for clients
- Verifying documents and tracking of candidate’s compliance with documents/requirements on the given timeframe
- Updating candidate spreadsheets including clients excel files
- Communication of documents/requirements compliance to all parties
- Coordinate with bookings for training requirements
- Liaising with clients, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Other duties as required

The ideal person must have:
- Exposure to the overseas visa documentation process is an advantage
- Must be able to deal with high volume logistics for candidates
- Experience working in a manpower agency would be advantageous
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a MUST
- Excellent English and communication skills, both oral and written
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Can maintain high level of confidentiality
- Able to handle short deadlines, quick turnaround times
- Highly motivated and keen to be involved in building a strong, dynamic and fun Recruitment team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
