JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any business course
- Preferably with experience in Sales Executive
- With excellent communication skill (oral & written)
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to relocate
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To cover religiously customer accounts assignment to include:
a. Pick up requirements
b. Submit/follow up quotation
c. Pick up Purchase Orders
d. Visit end user and promote products
e. Assist in collection of customer accounts
To ensure that all quotations made are awarded. Any lost quotation must be brought immediately to the attention of the Sales Manager / Branch Manager to ensure that the next requirement or quotation is awarded.
2. To ensure that the monthly sales quota is met.
3. To assist in collection and resolution of problems concerning customer receivable.
4. To provide marketing information to the Sales Manager/ Branch Manager with respect to competitors and competitive products in the market; and the customer assigned through submission of Customer Profile under QI 3.03.
5. To report immediately to the Sales Manager through non-compliance report any problems concerning his customer accounts such as pricing, competition, discrepancies in purchase order and rejections on deliveries made.
6. To comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to the established Quality Manual System of the company.
7. To maintain daily sales activities in accordance with QI 3.08.
8. To live up to the expectation of the company in accordance with QP 3.01 Sales Department Company Image.
9. To perform other job responsibilities that maybe assigned by the Sales Manager / Branch Manager from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
