Full Job Qualifications:
-Graduate of any Management / Business course, preferably B.S. Psychology
-Preferably minimum of three years experience in the Recruitment.
-Facilitate hiring, recruitment, employment, orientation and clearance process.
-Files and update workers 201 file and ensure that the pre-employment requirements are completely filed and ensures the confidentiality of all company records and documents.
-Implement policies and processes to accomplish goals and objective of the company.
-Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and Dole Policy
-Proficient in MS Office Application
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience working with foreigner boss is an advantage
-Willing to work in Pasong Tamo Extension Makati City
-Willing to start immediately
